Hoe Down!

We had such a fun night at our church's annual "Hoe Down". The kids had an absolute blast, and the adults had our fair share of fun as well. Somehow, I got dragged into a donut eating contest, which I lost. (Not quite so pitifully as Anne did, but still lost) =)

Here I am wondering why in the world I was about to compete in a contest to see how fast I could shovel down the very food I usually avoid at all costs. (Donuts are my biggest weakness and I didn't see the logic in eating one so quickly I couldn't even taste it.)

Anne is all show! Staci would have won again this year if she hadn't dropped the last piece. The guys had their own contest and were cracking us up. This picture is of Nick looking at his donut after the contest was over. That's right, he didn't get one bite out of it. Anne even did better than that! Here are the lovebirds. Luke was so cute dressed up as "Woody"

My camera was doing something weird, but still it is a great picture! I think she's asking Nate "Why are you looking at me like that?"
